Taka Solutions CEO Henrique Pereira participated in the 6th Panel Discussion, “Role of Retrofitting: Remodeling the Existing Built Environment,” organized by Emirates Environmental Group in association with Arabia CSR Network and supported by Emirates Green Building Council, Clean Energy Business Council (CEBC) and the Swiss Business Council Dubai & Northern Emirates.
“Buildings are here to stay for a long time, we cannot forget that they exist by being distracted by every new tower on the block”. Henrique Pereira, CEO of Taka Solutions, elaborated on the role of retrofitting in energy-efficient infrastructures and what measures can be taken to be mindful of water and energy use. He added, ” By improving the efficiency of existing systems in existing built environments, we can position ourselves closer on the road to achieving Net Zero”.
